Price Match Guarantee

Effective date: May 7, 2026

If you book with Aviafares and then find the exact same itinerary advertised at a lower published fare within 24 hours, we'll match the lower fare. Every time.

What qualifies

All of the following must be true:

• The comparison fare is publicly advertised by a reputable travel seller (airline direct, major OTA, or travel agency with a US business address).
• It is the same itinerary: same airline(s), same flight numbers, same dates, same cabin, same number of passengers.
• The comparison fare is still bookable at the time we verify it.
• You notified us in writing within 24 hours of your Aviafares booking.

What doesn't qualify

• Consolidator fares or unpublished "agent-only" rates, by definition not publicly advertised.
• Points-and-cash redemptions or loyalty-program-only fares.
• Group rates (10+ passengers).
• Pricing errors or fares pulled within minutes of publication.

How to claim

1. Email the booking team at [email protected] with your PNR and a screenshot (or link) to the lower published fare.
2. We verify within 4 hours during business hours; faster on nights and weekends if you call.
3. If the claim qualifies, we either refund the difference to your original method of payment or issue an Aviafares credit, your choice.
