This Privacy Policy describes how Aviafares collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website, call our booking agents, or book travel with us.

1. Information we collect

You provide to us: name, date of birth, email, phone number, billing address, and passport / known-traveler data when you request a flight. Automatically: IP address, device and browser information, pages you viewed, search queries you ran, referring URL, and analytics events (when you consent). From third parties: airline confirmation numbers, seat assignments, and fulfillment details from our ticketing partners after you book.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to: (a) quote and book travel on your behalf, (b) communicate about your trip, (c) provide customer support, (d) comply with our legal obligations (tax, anti-fraud, and applicable state travel-agency rules), and (e) improve the Services. We do not sell your personal information, see the CCPA page for how California residents can exercise privacy rights.

3. Sharing with third parties

We share personal information only with: (a) airlines and GDS/NDC suppliers to fulfill your booking, (b) payment processors (PCI-compliant providers subject to strict contractual safeguards), (c) service providers that help us run Aviafares (hosting, email, analytics), and (d) authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

4. Retention

We retain booking records for the period required by airline contracts and US tax law (generally 7 years). Non-booking data (website analytics, marketing lists) is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Services or until you unsubscribe.

5. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. No Internet transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
