Travel Tuesday is the Tuesday immediately after Thanksgiving (i.e. two days after Cyber Monday). Over the past decade it has quietly become THE biggest flight-sale event of the year, airlines compete directly against each other to publish their most aggressive fares for Q1/Q2 travel windows.
