Arrive at the airport 90 minutes before a domestic flight and 2-3 hours before an international flight. Priority boarding is included with premium cabin fares and tier status.
Refund and change rules are set per fare class by the airline. The US Department of Transportation requires a full refund for any US-touching flight cancellation on any fare.
