Basic economy fares on most US carriers are the most restrictive; premium cabins usually include two checked bags of higher weight. Online check-in typically opens 24 hours before departure on SilkAir's own website or app using your booking reference (PNR) and last name. Refund and change rules are set per fare class by the airline. The US Department of Transportation requires a full refund for any US-touching flight cancellation on any fare.
